Correct it’s part of the oil level sensor too. So when you disable one it automatically removes the other too as if it wasn’t installed at all. Greetings please subscribe

@@pauljames7399 I need more details buddy. Why didnt you use the 130 turbo instead of yours? Have u changed the camshaft pulley with your old one? I charge £150 doesn’t matter where you as long as you have a laptop you need to buy a clone mpps cable from eBay and I’ll do it for you remotely. Without a remap it will smoke like crazy.

@tonybig78 I just put my t5 turbo on to save messing about welding it just bolted back onto my downpipe I starts fine.. why would you need to change the camshaft pulley?

I'm not looking for big power gains or anything just a reliable engine with abit more pull. Thanks

You need to set this in the tune.

Hi the pistons were custom made for my application from a company called cps in Italy. Not sure if they are still open as it was many years ago. Also the rods were custom made from china.

@@tonybig78 yeah but it popped up after the cluster swap. Did you have a faulty connector when you recorded or was it cause of the cluster change?

Each cluster has a different PIN code mate you need to extract it with vag tacho

No not stock engine fully forget if you look on my channel there’s a video of the complete engine build. Kept breaking gearboxes so gave up and move to the 1.8t platform. Yes was many years ago now lol

@@tonybig78 so there is no reason to put turbo in a 1.6l engine. Its eazier to do swap to 1.8T

@@tonybig78 now i have 105hp i would be happy with 160. Turbo kit+dyno costs the same as swap engine from Leon Cupra

@@MozomeQ well mine started as 75bhp so I was happy with plus 100bhp just had to have paddle clutch which was horrific and gearbox’s just couldn’t hold the torque.

Does the engine computer need to be changed when I change the engine and are the engine mounts compatible?

@@pocketbiketurkiye4835 original engine does have compute you must add it. And engine mount also must weld new mounting point and use golf 4 engine mount for engine side

I have a 2.4 vehicle, the transmission will be original, the engine will be 1.9 TDI, I am thinking of installing AAVF Passat, do you think this is possible?

@@pocketbiketurkiye4835 2.4 gearbox is not same as 1.9 and I don’t know this engine your telling me I always use golf 4 engine.

Hi you need to watch the other video where I rebuilt the whole engine it’s here on my channel. In the end the engine was too powerful for any stock gearbox I could find so after I broke 3 I decided to go to the 1.8t platform.

Hi mate did you subscribe at least? Lol. Have you seen my green mk4? It’s tatted as a 1.4 and then ended up 1.8t. It’s dead simple mate mechanically it’s all the same just straight swap. You will need to change the gear shifter too. But apart from that is really easy.

@@tonybig78to be honest I am on my college google account right now lol so wasn’t subbed up until now, was subbed on my main account but lost access to it. And fair play to that golf is it the r32 rep one? I will be doing the swap soon just needed a bit of clarity on how I should go about doing it seeing as not many have done it on forums and stuff. The 75hp lump in my 03 golf 4 it’s on its way out now at 156k miles; severe knock, low compression and a P0304 error code for a misfire on cyl 4. It’s 75 hp as it is and rather just swap it out for a 1.8t seeing as you can find engine + box + loom + slam panel + front legs all for around 500 quid.

@@tonybig78I do know that my current engine is fly by wire and the AGU engine I’m looking at swapping into it is drive by cable could you tell me how to work around that perhaps? I’ve been told on Facebook that the whole swap shouldn’t take more than a days worth of work which is fantastic seeing as your not the only person who has mentioned it being an easy job. Cheers pal

@@Yasin-pl7pi ye couple days of work max it’s all plug and play if you get the AUM engine and ecu. I wouldn’t bother converting it to throttle cable with you already have drive by wire. Plus agu has a rubbish ecu to tune and a k03 turbo instead of k03s which is a lot better.

Did you read the description? This is not a stock polo 6n2 engine it’s a 1.8t from golf 4 with me7.5 ecu

@@OUULOUIS21 old pin first. Follow instructions on vcds website.

Depends on what kinda skills you have eg electrics and mechanicals. But overall pretty simple.

Drain oil check how much you got in there if doesn’t match what’s supposed to be in there you got a leak coz the gearbox doesn’t use up the oil therefore should be exact to spec. If you just bought the car someone had cleaned it up before hand.

@@tonybig78 Tony, as o told just put a new battery on it yesterday I start it up drive it down the road for like 10 min kicked tho the nice gears nice then the sign come up gears just cut out no gears Spanner, come up and gearbox is hot

Hi mate a guy from Birmingham bought the whole lot from me including the forged engine but it was at least 10+ years ago.

@@tonybig78 ahh fair enough, do you have any idea what car the turbo was from?

@@rswarhurst basically this was a turbo kit I bought from Tsr performance for 2.5k but I then has the turbo upgraded from turbo technics it was only built to run about 220-250 bhp. If this is what I sold to that guy I believe he said it was a seat he was putting it in.

Ye that’s probably because it a hybrid therefore the actual casing could be from anything. You best bet if this is my turbo in question is contact turbo technics. What you looking to do? Repair it or upgrade it?

Should be same procedure but you will need to extract PIN number from both cluster new and old

Unfortunately not mate it would cost you too much therefore your better off just getting batter or faster car.
